Kickstart your aviation journey with the Swire Trainee Program, designed to support new pilots in earning their multi and jet engine licenses.

How to Join:

Let your recruiter know you're interested in joining the Trainee Program during your onboarding process.

How to Graduate:

Once you've successfully obtained your Jet Engine license, notify your recruiter to complete the program and claim your graduation reward!

Bonuses

As you advance through the ranks, you’ll be rewarded with bonuses to celebrate your progress. Upon reaching each listed rank, you can claim 10,000 WP and choose one of the listed aircraft options.

Engineer

- 10,000 WP
- Airbus A320-200 or Boeing 707-320B

First Officer

- 10,000 WP
- Airbus A350-900 or Boeing 777-200

Captain

- 10,000 WP
- An aircraft from the any of our fleets (fictional & ground fleet excluded)

How to Claim Your Bonus:

To request your bonus, head over to the bonus channel in our Discord server and submit your rank and aircraft choice.

Cardholder Bonus

The Cathay Pacific Cardholder System rewards active community members with extra WP in their weekly paycheck, based on their Cardholder Level in the server.

When you earn more than 20,000 WP from flights in a given week, your Cardholder Bonus is automatically added to your paycheck on top of your rank pay, and is not limited by rank caps.

Level 5:          +2,500 WP

Level 10:       +10,000 WP

Level 15:       +20,000 WP

Level 20:      +35,000 WP

Level 25:      +45,000 WP

Level 30:      +50,000 WP

Level 35:      +60,000 WP

Level 40:      +75,000 WP

Level 50:    +100,000 WP

Level 100:  +500,000 WP

How to Level Up:

Your Cardholder Level is based on the XP you earn by participating in the server. Stay active, chat in public channels, and engage with the community to increase your XP and climb the levels.
